Real estate in Na Jomtien, Pattaya

About Na Jomtien

Na Jomtien: the quiet south, villas and beaches away from the crowds

A calm district south of Jomtien, administratively already outside the Pattaya city limits (Sattahip). Many villas and new projects, less noise and fewer tourists, but it is farther from the centre and you need a car or taxi.

Landmarks

• Ban Amphur Beach
• Ocean Marina yacht marina in the Na Jomtien area
• Nong Nooch Tropical Garden nearby

Beaches

• Na Jomtien and Ban Amphur beaches - calm and uncrowded, with cleaner sand and better water than in the centre

Who lives here

Families, villa owners, expats who choose quiet and space, and a small number of tourists.

Who it suits

For quiet living and families; not for those who need the centre within walking distance.
