Tomorrowland Thailand takes place near Pattaya on 11-13 December 2026

One of the world's best-known music festivals, Belgium's Tomorrowland, will be held in its full format in Asia for the first time - near Pattaya.

What is known

• Dates: 11-13 December 2026.
• Location: Wisdom Valley, Bang Lamung district, Chonburi province; about 30 minutes from central Pattaya and about 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
• Scale: a site of about 237 acres with six stages; the organisers cite up to 50,000 guests a day.
• Tickets: according to the organisers, sales began on 7 March 2026, and tickets for the festival are already sold out.
• Accommodation: there is no camping; guests stay in Pattaya hotels.
• The project is run by a Thai-Belgian company; the permit for the first Asian festival has been obtained.

What this means for the property market

In festival week, demand for housing in Pattaya jumps sharply. High short-term rental prices usually hold in Jomtien, Central and South Pattaya.
